Administration
Kottamkulangara temple is under the Tiruvithankoor Devaswam Board, supported by a local commitee, named as kshetropadeshaka samithi(Temple advisory board). The development activities inside the temple as well as the Ulsavam(festival) is conducted in the temple by the administration division, comprised of Sub Group officer(from TDB) and Kshetropadeshaka samithi.
